Read-A-Thon

Our school Read-A-Thon is extended through Sunday, Jan. 25th! We are so proud of all of our amazing readers! We will announce grade totals next week and have prizes to show our appreciation of their achievements. International Fest

Get ready for another epic International Fest taking place on Tuesday, Jan. 27th from 5-7pm! We will celebrate our school's multicultural heritages and feature countries, cultures and activities from around the world. Children will receive a passport and they will be able to “travel” from country table to country table, have their passport stamped, learn something of that country’s culture and receive a possible giveaway.

**This year we will be raffling off two amazing packages of gift certificates from some of the best restaurants in NYC and Brooklyn who support our school community. Buy tickets here for a chance to win!

Spring After School

The last day of Fall Afterschool is Friday, Jan. 30th. The Spring Semester begins on Monday, Feb. 2nd. Note there is No After School on Tuesday, Jan. 27th due to International Fest. Questions, email Program Director Margie Valdez, margie@ifafterschool.org 

PS 267 Winter Fest

Get ready for a blast of winter fun at our Gate Hill Winter Fest - Sunday, Feb. 1st from 3:00 - 5:30pm in the PS 267 gym! Gate Hill Day Camp is bringing a sliver of camp to us at PS 267! Join us for an afternoon packed with thrilling Gaga tournaments, bouncy castle adventures, interactive games, dazzling glitter tattoos, and so much more. Don't miss out on the frosty festivities! No cost to attend—just bring your energy and excitement! This is a can’t-miss afternoon of winter fun for the PS 267 community. If you plan to attend, please complete the google form.

(NEW!) ðŸ©· Spread Love and Kindness this Valentine's Day!

Your children are invited to join the PS 267 community to make Valentine's Day cards for hospitalized children at Weill-Cornell Children's Hospital and The Scarlett Fund. This event will take place on Friday, Feb. 6th from 2:50pm-3:30pm in the Cafeteria downstairs. Children attending afterschool will automatically have a chance to participate in this event. Students not attending afterschool can join if accompanied by a caregiver or adult. Supplies and snacks will be provided by the PTA.

If you are unable to make our Valentine's Day card-making event for hospitalized children, your child can still participate! We will be collecting cards in a box at the school entrance until the end of the day on Monday, Feb. 9th.

Bake Sale

Our Valentine's Day Bake Sale is on Thursday, Feb. 12th! We need a lot of help to make this a success so please sign up here! Not a baker? Skate Night

Skate with your friends under the bright lights of New York City! Our annual PS 267 Skate Night at Wollman Rink will be taking place on Friday, Mar. 6th from 5pm-8pm. Chaperoning parents can also hit the ice or watch from the side lines and mingle with fellow 267 families. Tickets are now live for our annual Skate Night! If you missed the March PTA Meeting, our guest Speaker spoke about activating your child's NYC Scholarship Account for grades K-3 with an initial $100 for college and career training. Accessing your child's class list has never been easier. Update your information (including child's class and teacher) at PS267.org under 'My Account'. You will then have access to the school-wide and class directory. It is updated automatically, when classmates add their information you will have immediate access to it! Reminder - class lists are to be used solely for the purpose of school announcements, scheduling playdates, birthday celebrations, and other school related functions. FUNDRAISING REMINDERS

Family Giving

The Family Giving Campaign is the PTA’s most important annual fundraiser. Tax deductible charitable donations made by families directly support critical enrichment programs, supplies, equipment, and training, as well as our PTA operating budget. Family Giving is vital to our efforts to supplement and boost our children’s education at PS 267. Please check with your employer to see if they offer matching donations! Questions, please email treasurer@ps267.org.
